I am a Life Coach, Spiritual Coach, Career Coach, and Wedding Officiant in Dallas, TX. I own and operate a small local holistic wellness health spa in Dallas, TX with an interest in alternative methods of pain management and spiritual healing.

 

Why Life Coaching

Healing from my divorce after it was complete was the journey of a lifetime for me. In this valley, I suffered severe mental and emotional trauma, not to mention the financial losses along the way. However, with all the God given strength in me, I pulled myself back up. While in this valley, I saw a light that shined brighter than ever before radiating from within me. I had found myself. I chose me. And I keep choosing to fall in love with me, intentionally, every day.

 

I have always been great at inspiring others, but inspiring yourself is hard to do on your own. After my divorce, I decided to dedicate my life to helping people to experience intentional living and the freedom I now live daily.

 

This is a journey for not only you, but me too. This is a relationship that requires honesty and trust.
 

My Career in Supply Chain & Development
Before life coaching, my career path has been full of success in the supply chain and logistics industry for over 14 years now. In that industry as a logistics manager, training manager, project manager, or as an HR manager…whatever part you’re playing, employees are the most important thing…people.

 

The ability to change behavior is a gift that not many people have. Moreover, if you can influence people to see the world through a different light or challenge themselves to be a better version you have truly accomplished something remarkable. God has given me this talent and I've devoted my life to give back in all the ways that I can be of service.
